1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. The provider of this shop is:

2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.
(2) By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded only when we expressly accept the order by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are quoted in Euro and include statutory VAT, where applicable.
(2) Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment methods offered during the checkout process.

4. Delivery and Shipping
(1) Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times for international orders may vary.
(2) Shipments are made via various logistics providers. Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process.
(3) If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, the customer bears the resulting costs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
(1) Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days without giving any reason.
(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement must be sent by email to MBPolat@web.de.
(3) Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the delivered goods are defective or incorrect. Refunds will be made after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
(4) The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, as well as sealed goods that cannot be returned for reasons of health or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

6. Warranty and Liability
(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) We are not liable for damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.
(3) Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

7. Data Protection
(1) Personal data will be processed solely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
(2) Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g., payment or shipping service providers).

8. Final Provisions
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
