Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process. For orders over 100€, we offer free shipping within Germany.
For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Delivery Times
Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days.
For international orders, delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on the shipping address and product availability.
Please note that customs clearance in non-EU countries may cause additional delays.

Customs and Taxes

Partial Deliveries
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we may ship available items separately as a partial delivery, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

Transfer of Risk
For consumers: The risk of shipping lies with us, the seller.
For business customers: The risk passes to the buyer once the goods have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
