Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at MBPolat@web.de with a clear statement (e.g., by email) about your decision to cancel this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard delivery).
Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs or arrange a free replacement.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized products.

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at MBPolat@web.de within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
